ChordPoet ("the app", "we", "us") is a music-creation tool. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
On your device
Your projects, tracks, notes, and recordings are created and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or have access to the music you create.
Subscription
ChordPoet offers an optional auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status, which receives your purchase/transaction information from Apple in order to confirm your active subscription. We do not receive or store your payment details (card numbers, etc.) — Apple and RevenueCat handle that directly. See Apple's and RevenueCat's own privacy policies for details on how they handle this information.
Analytics
ChordPoet does not currently use any analytics or crash-reporting tools. If this changes in a future update, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Children
ChordPoet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date above.
